  • Dried apricot: 1 thinly sliced
  • Raspberries: 2 freeze and dried
  • Blanched almond slices: 1 tablespoon
  • Chia seeds: 1 teaspoon
  • Mini oats muffin: 4 berries baked
  • Eggs: 4 hard-boiled
  • Red chili powder: pinch
  • Bagel seasoning: 2 tablespoon

  • Grapes: 8 Oz
  • Orange: 1/2
  • Strawberries: 8
  • Grapefruit: 1/2
  • Blueberries: 1/2 cup
  • Raspberries: 1/2 cup

Preparation

Step 1: boiling and seasoning

Use the instant pot to make hard-boiled eggs under the pressure of 5 minutes. After that, add chilled water to the after removing from pan. Slide off peels gently. Cut each egg into half and sprinkle red chili powder and bagel seasoning on it before arranging it into the platter.
