  • Chocolate covered almonds: 6 Oz
  • Pecans: 4 Oz
  • Pistachios: 3 Oz
  • Nonpareil chocolate
  • Candy-coated chocolates: 8 Oz hard shell or mint ones
  • Cranberries: 1/2 cup
  • Rosemary or mint : 3 Oz
  • Crushed candy canes: 5 Oz

For the chocolate ganache:

  • Heavy cream: 1/3 cup
  • Chocolate chips:1/3 cup semisweet
  • Dark chocolate chips: 1/3 dark
  • Butter: 2 tablespoon

For the Peppermint Whip:

  • Cool whipping creme: 8 Oz
  • Crushed candy canes: 2/4 cup

For Marshmallow Dip:

  • Creme cheese: 8 Oz
  • Marshmallow: 8 Oz
  • Powdered sugar: 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla: 1 teaspoon

Preparation:

Step 1: Preparing dips:

Make chocolate ganache by using cup creme melted with some sweet and dark chocolate chips according to measures given in ingredients before. After melting the butter, add butter and stir it continuously. Whisk until it gets thicker and comes to room temperature.

For peppermint dip, beat the chilled whip cream and make a smooth, creamy texture. Now add crushed candy canes and make eight folds in them with a spatula. Refrigerate it for better flavor.
